Talk to FRANK offers friendly, confidential information and advice about drugs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call, text a question to 82111, or email. A live chat service runs 2pm to 6pm every day. Interpreters are available in 120 languages on the same number, and a textphone service is available for people with hearing impairments. Calls from a landline cost no more than a normal national call and may appear on the phone bill; costs from mobiles vary by network and may also appear.
