National Domestic Abuse Helpline

The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is run by Refuge and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, free and in confidence. Advisers listen, offer non-judgemental information, and can help with safety planning and finding a refuge space. A live chat service runs Monday to Friday 10am to 10pm, and 10am to 6pm at weekends. BSL interpretation is available Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. Quieter times to call are often evenings, nights and weekends. In an emergency, call 999.
